All your problems are correlated each other. During 1986-1993, I experienced the same problems as you do. Today, I am the other person free from pain in my back, numbness in my legs and hands. I also helped a lot of friends to solve the similar problems. Did I practiced medicine with an engineer license!!!!!!! Or, the problems themself are engineering-related.
Your problems maybe are a "soil mechanic" problem! I wonder your problems can be sovled by our modern, advanced medicine system. After I solved my problems. I went to the Boca Medical Group to check with my X-ray films. I asked a nurse to compare my Vacuum-Cupping-Massage pictures with the X-Ray films. The X-ray films show nothing about my pain and numbness, but the Vacuum-Cupping-Massage pictures precisely locate where the problems were.
