What the pump can do for you is to assist the blood to fully fill the penis shaft. This will help the penis expand to its maximum at the moment. Its principle is the same as my power-up method because the rubber ring of the pump's hollow cylinder acts as the women's labia against the penis root/base in my 3-point excitation position. When a woman mounts on the penis shaft with her body weight, the pressure exerted on the penis base by her labia is much more than what the penis pump can provide . This pressure will force the penis to elongate to its maximum size, about 1 - 2 inches longer than your full erection. This extra elongation comes from the hidden penis shaft inside the perineum. This is the maximum length of your penis that a doctor of penile surgery can give you.
The main difference between my power-up method and the penis pump is the vacuum suction force acting on the penis shaft. This will make the shaft look thicker at that moment. However, once the blood flux recedes, everything returns to normal. I tried the penis pump for one month 3 years ago. There is nothing happend; it never changes the size of my penis.
