Problems: Dear Dr......
didn't know just what i was rating there in the "overall" rating" section. I loved your site but it seems you left the guys out of the discussion on extended or long orgasms! could you give me advice related to how i, as a male, might make my own orgasms last much longer or could you point me in the right direction? thanks!

I try to bring all readers' attention of how we (men and women) can benefit from orgasm. In my Taoism philosophy, male orgasm is a part of female orgasm from which men can extract women's sexual energy to balance the loss of his Chi/bioelectricity to ejaculation. It is very natural that a woman achieves multiple orgasms after the penis reaches an exploding state. During that state, the muscle between the prostate and the tail bone is about to contract. Usually, the man should let his lady come and hold it back himself. After her come, he should keep his penis inside her vagina for 3-5 minutes, and then, change the love position so that the penis can be stimulated to another extreme and ejaculate inside her vagina to induce her second multiple orgasms. This will force his muscle between the anus and the tail bone to contract more than 5 cycles at a rate of 1.25 cycles per second, the same rate as the normal heart beat (allow 4% error). Note that the female orgasm has the same contraction rate as the male's. This means, the nervous signal to turn on the contraction of the sexual muscles is similar to that controlling our natural heart beat. What a wonderful coincidence is!!!
When the couple experiences multiple orgasms together, the contraction of the vagina and penis will further interact each other and perform a sexual energy exchange at that moment. I have adopted this special technique for a long time. I end up with more energy after intercourse. This is the main difference of the male orgasm produced by my Sexual ChiKong Intercourse from that generated by masturbation. I dose not emphasize this technqiue for masturbate, because this technique will give the man an instantaneous, extreme pleasure of 2-10 seconds, followed by sexual tiredness and weariness for several hours. Before I got married, I used this technique for masturbation. I felt I lost too much sexual energy. I have never had this feeling when I practiced my Sexual ChiKong Intercourse technique.
If you want to apply this technique to masturbation, you have to POWER the penis UP to an extreme and peak up the your sexual energy by alternating the massage of your trigger zone and the penis base/root.

Then, take the following steps:
1. Wake up you penis to a full erection by massaging the penis base or trigger zone;
2. Use one hand to massage the penis' trigger zone along the shaft, and the other to rub the scrotum until it is about to come;
3. Stop massaging the trigger zone and have a deep breath to stop the ejaculation urgency;
4. Then massage the low section of the penis shaft and the penis base/root until your ejaculation urgency is over;
5. Repeat Steps 2-4 for 3 or 5 times until you can no longer hold it back; then rub the trigger zone along the penis shaft at a rate of 1.25 cycles per second.
By this way, you will accumulate your sexual energy in the muscle between the prostate and the tail bone. The local sensory nerves around there will become hyperactive and then rise up the voltatge level of action pulses to trigger the contraction mechanism which may be similar to that of the heart. You will feel multiple electric pulses surging into your tail bone and going up to your rear brain along the spinal cord.
When I was young, I felt sorry for myself everytime after I masturbated in this way. However, it is so powerful and much of pleasure that you may feel extremely good that moment, but you will burn out too much bioelectricity.
