myself 41, wife 39. she had hestrectomy over 3 operations complete loss of drive on her part. i have high drive wife now low. from 2-3 times day now 1 2/4 weeks even longer if i did not push for it. main problem wife does not enjoy orgasm! she says that when she comes the feelings are to strong for her to control; and resluts in pain. i have got to the stage where i ignore my needs and i have told her to make love only when she is ready too, as then she gets to enjoy it more is only if she wants to, she on me, i am not allowed to maybe 1-3 times a year, again when i do she enjoys it but shuts off enjoyment due to orgasms being to strong. she was abused in this department by 1 of her older brother`s. i know what has happened and have adviced councilling to try and help her get over it, no joy!

Dr. Lin:12/1/1998>Very sorry to hear her story. without a uterus, it is very difficult for the sexual muscle to contract. The uterus acts as a compressible sphere to generate the spherical elastic ,orgasmic waves. She can have only Level 1 or 2 orgasms, one or two cycles of orgasmic waves.
Don't try too hard in stimulating her. Her sexual muscle can not withstand a heavy contraction.
This orgasmic pain does nothing with sexual abuse. It is a pure mechanical problem of her sexual muscle. I attach 2 graphic files to show the orgasmic wave pattern so that you can understand what I described here.
What you can do is to give a weak orgasm.
