Case Study ->Let sexual orgasm and herbal supplements slow down your aging..
Reader: 12/13/1998>Greetings, In tao sex I have read that men over 40 should only ejaculate 2 times a month, except during the winter months.
How often is it advisable for a women to ejaculate with an orgasm who is over 40?
Thank you

Dr. Lin:12/15/1998>
I ejcaulate twice a week at my 48. I ejaculate once in the morning every weekend and then work in the yard without taking a nap until midnight. My ejaculation comes after my wife achieves her 2nd orgasm and I stay inside her for another 3-10 minutes and kiss her erotically to allow the hormone mixture in her vagina diffusing back into my penis which is still erected at a 70-90% level before withdrawing. I also practice my Yin-Kong breathing after ejaculating. In this way, I gain more energy after having sex, even ejaculating.
I have been doing this practice since I was young. I had sex 5-6 times a week in my 30-35; 4-5 times a week in my 35-40; 3-4 times a week in my 40-45; 2-3 times a week now.
In average, I give my wife 3-4 orgasms a week now ( we both are 48), which are the maximum times she can take. The secret is the application of my 2- and 3-point excitation methods and Sexual ChiKong Intercourse .
Women after 35 may experience orgasmic pain or cramp due to the poor blood circulation or the deficiency of the DHEA hormone (the Kidney Yin Chi (Qi)), in particular, after ovulating. The orgasmic pain and cramp will scare women to have ejaculating multiple orgasms between the ovulation and menstruation. The solutions are: Massaging the low abdomen/grions/perienum areas, drinking herbal teas or taking herbal/DHEA supplements.
If you do it right, ejaculation and orgasm give the male and female equal benifits - the stimulation of the brain-adrenal-testicular (overian) functions, to slow down aging. My theory seems not consistent with the old Taoism theory of longevity. Yes, you bet. We have started to drink the herbal tea/take the herbal supplements as listed in this website, after experienced my low back pain 10 years ago. Yet, we eat dark green vegetables, nuts/seeds/beans, and tomotto, but limited to less than 10% meat in our diet.
The traditional Taoism has never updated to include the modern medical discovery. In my book, I have broken the traditional Taoism's eggshell, and moved forward to invoke the modern medical understanding to elaborate the Taoism theory. Chi is bioelectricity. The source of Kidney Yin is the adrenal cortex; the source of the Kidney Yang is the adrenal medulla. When you say "kdiney", I mean "adrenal gland." ChiKong is a mind modulation of the automatic nervous system. Yin is the pro-parasympathetic nervous function; Yang is the pro-sympathetic nervous function. Sexual orgasm is the sympathetic action; but after having orgasm or ejaculating, you have to let the parasympathetic function to take over for 3-10 minutes when the penis is still inside the vagina. The 3-10 minute parasympathetic function after ejaculating is the most critic moment to restore the male and female bioelectricity (Chi) together. This is my Yin-Yang Harmonization Theory - The Tao of Love Coupling.
