Hello Dr. Lin, I am a young student. Someday I wish to become a naturopathic doctor. I am starting to eat healthy so that I can be a good example to my patients when I become a doctor (in old China if a doctor became sick he/she was looked badly upon). I have just turned 20 years old and am 5'10 and 3/4'' (that is my height). My goal is to be 6'2''. I have seen that it is possible to grow at my age. Can you tell me how to naturally enhance my body's own growth hormone? I know they have GH supplements on the market, but I do not know if those things are safe. I know that by increasing my sex drive that increases hormones and if I can stimulate my self to the arousal that I had while in puberty that would probably increase my bodies GH. I also eat all raw foods, and raw foods have enzymes. I am already seeing the difference in my skin, and hair, and mind just from eating all raw foods (all symptoms of gh therapy). So, I do have some ideas on how to get my body to grow again, but would like your expert opinion. Maybe you know of some chinese exercises, and specific foods/herbs that will help me (I know there are some but do not know the name of them). So please give me some suggestions on how I can reach my goal of 6'2''. Thankyou and have a nice day.
