I had a hysterectomy last June. 8 months ago, and I have lost all my sex drive...we have always been compatible in this area of our marriage before and we are 46 and 47 years old and been married for 21 years now... I have not interest at all in physical touch or affection from him even to the point that to see his penis turns me off! I have been taking Pr?zac for about 4 years now due to past depression and crying spells and it has been so amazingly helpful, but now my OBGYN has put me on Testostrone to improve my libido and sex drive...but I have taken it for one month now and no change has happened at all??? Should I get off Pr?zac and see if the testostrone improves my sex drive and ween myself off the Prozac a little at a time to see if it makes a difference? Or take a different hormone with the Prozac? It could be that since the hysterectomy I will not have mood swings from hell or crying spells anymore??? It seems Hysterectomy completely removes your contractile fibers around the uterus and the autorhythmic fibers (the Orgasmic Pacemaker) in the Epicenter. Your surgeon/OBGYN gave you a clean cut.
